H.I.T. - High Potential University Leaders Identity & Skills Training Program – Gender Sensitive Leaders in Academia

We convey our congratulation to Prof. Dr. med. Annalisa Berzigott who was choosen to join the H.I.T. program last year and completed it very successful. H.I.T. – High Potential University Leaders Identity & Skills Training Program – Gender Sensitive Leaders in Academia offers an innovative, evidence-based and exclusive leadership program to specifically train and empower female professors in Switzerland to become university leaders. This is a unique leadership initiative for female professors, with partners from all Swiss universities. The H.I.T. Program fosters collaborations across Switzerland and facilitates the exchange of best practices and innovations about equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion in academic leadership. Twenty-two female professors from all partner institutions participated in the first H.I.T. Program 2019-2020.
